Application Forms

Update, 28 January 2010:

a) Our dig co-ordinator is away, traveling in Egypt, until 8th Feb (back in TA on the 7th); b) we are checking space available before we accept more team members — all who have applied so far will be answered after 8th Feb and their chances are very good

1) Preliminary Application Form

Hi, I don’t have a passport yet and I hear it takes a while to get them, about a month. I am starting the process to get mine this weekend, but was wondering if I could send in my two applications without passport information. I would send the information as soon as I get it or since this is just a preliminary application I would hopefully have the passport by the time a second application was due and would be able to provide the information on that. I would do what ever is easier for you, I just want to get my application in as soon as possible. Thank you.

Yes, you can put “will send passport number as soon as it is received” on the form(s) for now and submit them. Not a problem.

  3. What should we put down if we don’t have a personal physician? N/A or something along those lines?

If you are applying for academic credits as well, do you send that in with your initial application or do you wait?

I was wondering if there is still space available in the second session? Thanks!
